About the Role:

Pinnacle Site Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Administrative Assistant provides exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate initiative, and uphold Pinnacle's standards of organization, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as front desk receptionist: greet guests, answer phones, and direct inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Perform administrative data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Manage office errands as needed (post office, supply pickups, etc.).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Support internal event planning and company activities.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the leadership and operations teams.
  • Uphold a 100% drug- and smoke-free workplace and represent the company's values at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and comply with company policies.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail) and Google Teams communication.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting office operations in construction, utilities, or similar industries preferred.
  • Event coordination or planning experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM
  • 100% Drug-Free and Smoke-Free Office: All employees are expected to comply with Pinnacle's policies, which are tied to our insurance and safety standards.
  • Full-time, in-office role. Occasional local errands required.
