Vice President, Estimating

A leading infrastructure developer and contractor is building out its executive leadership team and hiring a Vice President of Estimating.
This role sits at the center of major project pursuits. You will shape strategy, lead high-stakes bids, and build a best-in-class estimating function across large, complex infrastructure projects.

What You Will Own
- Lead and scale a multi-location estimating team
- Drive bid strategy across Design-Build, CM/GC, and P3 pursuits
- Manage go/no-go decisions and pursuit pipeline
- Partner with executive leadership on major project strategy
- Oversee delivery of accurate, competitive, risk-balanced estimates
- Align internal teams and joint venture partners on scope, pricing, and risk
- Engage directly with clients during pursuits
- Build processes, tools, and talent to elevate the estimating function
What You Bring
- 10 years in preconstruction, plus operational experience
- Track record leading complex infrastructure estimates over $100M
- Experience with alternative delivery, Design-Build, P3, or concessions
- Strong leadership background building and developing teams
- Deep understanding of heavy civil construction, pricing, and risk
- Experience with HCSS HeavyBid or similar platforms
