Chief Financial Officer - High-Growth Technical Product Company
We are partnering with a global provider of specialty products - this is a rare opportunity to join a business with significant room to grow and make a visible impact.
We are seeking a hands-on CFO who is an accountability leader, not just someone who reports numbers. The focus of this role is strategic finance, FP&A, and pricing, helping drive commercial decisions and profitability across the business. You will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate financial insight into actionable recommendations, influence product and channel strategy, and hold teams accountable for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the finance function with an emphasis on FP&A, pricing, and strategic decision-making
• Build advanced financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis across products, channels, and customers
• Drive disciplined working capital management, including inventory and cash flow, to support growth
• Partner with leadership to optimize product portfolio, pricing, and channel strategies
• Implement scalable processes and systems to improve financial insight and operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
• 15 years in finance/FP&A with leadership experience in technical / specialty products businesses • Strong commercial and pricing acumen, comfortable influencing product and channel strategy
• Skilled at translating financial data into actionable recommendations and holding teams accountable
• Hands-on, strategic, and process-oriented with experience modernizing systems and reporting
