What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grants Administrator position at Pinnacle Recruitment?
We’re partnering with a mission-driven organization to hire a Grants Manager / Grants Administrator to support funding growth and long-term program sustainability.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for identifying funding opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and securing grants across a diverse portfolio. You’ll also lead a small team while collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
• Research and identify grant opportunities across government, foundation, and corporate sources
• Write and manage grant proposals from concept through submission
• Oversee post-award activities including reporting and compliance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align funding with program priorities
• Lead and mentor a small grants team
What we’re looking for:
• 5 years of experience in grant writing, funding development, or institutional giving
• Proven track record of securing funding (government and/or foundation grants)
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience leading or mentoring team members
• Background in nonprofit, public sector, or mission-driven environments preferred
Additional details:
• Compensation: ~$90K–$140K (depending on experience)
• Full-time, onsite role
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
