Under the Pinnacle umbrella, we are working with a Brooklyn-based alternative lending company that provides fast business funding to merchants nationwide. They're looking for an ISO Representative to recruit new ISOs and brokers, maintain those relationships, and drive consistent deal flow to their platform.

Role Overview

As an ISO Representative, you'll recruit independent sales organizations (ISOs) and brokers to partner with the company, maintain those relationships to ensure they send deals, and support them throughout the funding process. No experience required. If you're hungry, personable, and willing to grind, they'll teach you the business. You bring ambition and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit New ISOs: Prospect and sign up independent brokers, ISOs, and sales organizations to partner with the company.
  • Build Your Network: Attend industry events, leverage LinkedIn, make calls, and use your existing relationships to expand the company's ISO base.
  • Maintain Relationships: Stay in constant contact with ISOs through calls, texts, emails, lunches, coffee meetings, etc.
  • Support ISO Partners: Answer questions, provide deal status updates, help ISOs navigate the underwriting process, and solve problems quickly.
  • Drive Deal Flow: Ensure your ISOs are consistently sending deals to the company instead of competitors.
  • Educate ISOs: Train new brokers on the company's products, rates, underwriting criteria, and submission process.
  • Learn Fast: Absorb MCA fundamentals, broker relationships, and sales techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • No Experience Required: They'll train you from scratch. You don't need to know anything about MCA.
  • Young & Ambitious: You're early in your career, motivated by money, and ready to outwork everyone around you.
  • Great Communicator: You're naturally good with people. You are confident on the phone, persuasive in conversations, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-Motivated: You don't need someone telling you what to do. You wake up ready to build your network.
  • Thick Skin: You can handle rejection, stay persistent, and keep pushing when relationships take time to develop.
  • Competitive Drive: You're money-motivated and want to prove you can outperform others.
  • Local to Brooklyn/NYC Area Preferred: Hybrid work available, but proximity to Brooklyn is a plus for in-person meetings and training.

Compensation & Structure

  • Base salary commission: Earn a base while building your ISO network, plus uncapped commissions on deal flow.
  • Uncapped Earning Potential: Top ISO reps make $100k-$300k per year based on deal flow from their ISO network.
