Your Day-to-Day as an Entry Level Representative
- Connect with customers in a welcoming and professional manner while creating comfortable, positive interactions.
- Develop working knowledge of Verizon services and stay informed about important product and service details.
- Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs before discussing available options.
- Provide clear explanations of telecommunications services and help customers compare relevant choices.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist customers with appropriate next steps while keeping interactions accurate, organized, and focused on their needs.
- Communicate with teammates and leadership throughout the day to maintain consistent customer service and support overall team operations.
