Pinnacle Private Credit is partnering with a rapidly growing alternative financing firm to hire.
Funding Representatives for their Brooklyn office.
This organization specializes in providing flexible capital solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, including:
- Working capital advances
- Equipment financing
- Lines of credit
- MCA consolidation
They are known for fast approvals, same-day funding capabilities, and strong lender relationships that allow them to get deals done where others can’t.
The Role:
This is a high-performance, commission-only sales role designed for individuals who are motivated by earning potential and career growth. You will be responsible for sourcing and closing business funding opportunities, working directly with business owners, and driving revenue in a fast-paced environment.
(Day-to-Day)
- Prospect & Generate Leads- Reach out to business owners via cold calls, email, and outreach tools to introduce funding solutions
- Qualify Businesses- Ask key questions to understand revenue, cash flow, and funding needs to determine eligibility
- Pitch Financial Solutions- Educate clients on products like working capital, lines of credit, and equipment financing
- Structure Deals- Match clients with the right funding product based on their situation and goals
- Submit & Manage Applications- Collect documentation (bank statements, etc.) and work with internal teams/lenders to get approvals
- Negotiate & Close Deals- Walk clients through offers, handle objections, and secure signed agreements
- Own the Client Relationship- Act as the main point of contact from first call through funding
- Build a Pipeline- Continuously manage and follow up with leads to keep deals moving
Compensation Structure 💰
- Commission-only role
- 40% total commission per deal
- 20% to opener / 20% to closer
- Up to 40% for full-cycle closers
