The Role
We're looking for a closer a driven Originator who knows how to find deals, build relationships, and close. You'll be the first point of contact for business owners, brokers, and referral partners who need funding fast. If you're hungry, competitive, and motivated by commissions, this is the place to grow.
What You'll Do
Prospect and source new deals through networking, cold outreach, and referral channels.
Build strong relationships with brokers, ISOs, financial advisors, and borrowers.
Pitch funding solutions and sell the value of speed and flexibility over traditional banks.
Manage the deal cycle from first contact through closing in partnership with underwriting.
Consistently hit and exceed origination targets.
What We're Looking For
2 years in sales, private credit, MCA, ABL, or alternative lending.
Proven track record of closing business and hitting quotas.
A large existing network of brokers, ISOs, or borrowers is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial drive, self-starter, thrives under pressure.
