Pinnacle Path Enterprise is looking for a Verizon Team Member to support our Verizon FiOS campaign. We are seeking individuals who are dependable, motivated, and excited to develop professional skills while working in a team-driven environment.
As a Verizon Team Member, you will play an important role in connecting customers with Verizon FiOS services while gaining hands-on experience in communication, customer support, and sales.
Your Duties as a Verizon Team Member
- Communicate with customers to provide information about Verizon FiOS products, services, and available solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend options that best match their preferences and service requirements.
- Create professional, engaging customer interactions that build trust and deliver a positive experience.
- Assist customers with enrollment, account updates, and service-related information.
- Maintain accurate customer records while following campaign guidelines and quality standards.
- Support team initiatives, daily objectives, and overall campaign success.
- Continue developing product knowledge, communication skills, and customer relationship strategies through hands-on experience.

- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Professional communication skills.
