Key Responsibilities:
-Provide exceptional hospice care to patients, addressing their medical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
-Provide on call/ nursing care to patients in accordance with the Hospice Plan of Care.
-Offer spiritual guidance and support in accordance with our faith-based values. -Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
-Active Pennsylvania RN License
-Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Compassionate and empathetic with a deep commitment to our faith-based mission -On Call experience is a plus.
