We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
- Review imaging and diagnostic studies
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
- Coordinate care with attorneys, case managers, imaging centers, therapy providers, and referring physicians
- Educate patients regarding treatment options and procedures
- Assist with telemedicine visits as needed
- Support interventional pain physicians with clinical workflow and patient management
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, neurology, emergency medicine, or personal injury preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

- No hospital call
- Combination of in-office and telemedicine responsibilities
Pay: $119,467.00 - $143,874.23 per year
