What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary and service team in a hospitality-focused environment.
- Design and execute exceptional dining programs that blend creativity, nutrition, and five-star presentation.
- Collaborate with residents to create fresh, flavorful, and nutritious menus.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, dining operations, upholding excellence in quality, safety, and satisfaction.
- A visionary leader with a background in fine dining and health services dining
- Minimum of 5 years leading dining room and kitchen operations
- Passion for service and excellence
