About the Role

As a Lead Line Cook, you are both a skilled craftsperson and a trusted teammate. You help set the pace of the line, maintain consistency, and support the team during every service. Working closely with the Chef, you’ll bring calm leadership, strong execution, and pride to every plate — whether it’s breakfast service, dinner rush, or special events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow while helping others succeed.
