As a member of our Guest Services team, you’ll be one of the first people our guests meet and an important part of their overall hotel experience. From a warm welcome at check-in to a smooth and friendly departure, you’ll help ensure every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well cared for.

What You'll Do

• Welcome Our Guests: Greet every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Create a Great Arrival: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.

• Assist With Reservations: Help guests with reservations, room requests, questions, and special needs.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

• Stay Connected: Answer phone calls, emails, and other guest communications promptly and courteously.

• Solve Problems: Listen to guest concerns, resolve issues whenever possible, and involve management when needed.

• Handle Transactions: Accurately process payments, credit card transactions, cash, and room keys while following security procedures.

• Keep It Organized: Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.

• Work as One Team: Communicate and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.

• Protect Our Guests: Follow hotel safety, security, privacy, and brand standards.

• Create Memorable Experiences: Go the extra mile to make every guest feel welcome and appreciated.

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position support Guest Services / Front Desk Team Members in performing their responsibilities effectively while maintaining a safe and comfortable work environment.

Candidates should be able to:

• Stand, walk, and move throughout the hotel for extended periods while assisting guests and completing daily responsibilities.

• Use computers, telephones, office equipment, key systems, and other front desk tools accurately and efficiently.

• Lift, carry, push, or move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.

• Read documents, review guest information, process transactions, and work comfortably with computer screens.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, coworkers, and management in person and by telephone.

• Remain focused, professional, and composed while working in a busy environment and handling multiple guest needs or challenging situations.

• Maintain the stamina and energy needed to perform front desk duties throughout the scheduled shift.

• Respond promptly to guest needs and move efficiently throughout the hotel when assistance is required.
