Certified Residential Medication Aide
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Canton in Canton, Maine. Responsibilities:
Deliver medications and treatments to residents as ordered by their physician
Order medications through the pharmacy network
Transcribe new medication orders
Assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
Maintain accurate records and reports
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless continuity of care
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent GED
Current CRMA certificate
Up-to-date vaccinations with proof provided prior to hire
Willingness to work every other weekend
Availability to work varying shifts, including 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a
