As a Personal Support Specialist (PSS), you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their independence and connection with their communities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Create a positive and respectful environment that promotes dignity and well-being

Requirements:

• Current Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Must have up-to-date vaccinations and be willing to provide proof prior to hire
