Opportunity:
They are currently seeking an Investment Associate to join their investment team in Chicago. This individual will work closely with senior professionals to evaluate, underwrite, and monitor investment opportunities across funds, co-investments, and direct investments.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in multi-asset class investing. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the due diligence and evaluation of investment opportunities, including fund managers, co-investments, and direct investments
- Performing comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, return modeling, stress testing, and market research
- Assisting in the construction and maintenance of financial models used to analyze the portfolio’s cash flow, exposure, and risk profile
- Evaluating investment performance through both qualitative and quantitative research
- Collaborating with external partners, investment managers, and service providers to support the investment process
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of relevant analytical experience in investment banking, consulting, asset management, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree with a record of strong academic performance
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with investment analysis platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, PitchBook, or BipSync
- High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a team-first mentality
