Responsibilities:
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to Residents and their families
- Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditing Resident and department records
- Create appropriate care plans for residents
- Handle all supervisory duties for assigned units, including overseeing LPNs and CNAs that report to you
- Help establish and implement employment policies and procedures
- Maintain the standards of care for the units
- Administer medication as needed, review Resident records, and monitor the quality of care
- Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their families
- Long-term Care experience preferred
- Valid RN license required
- 2-4 years of management experience
- Knowledge of City, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to licensed skilled nursing facilities
- 3pm-11pm
- Full-time, part-time, holidays, and weekends as needed
- $50-$55 HOURLY
