What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA position at Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley Ltd?

Summary: Provide basic resident care under the direction of nursing staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine daily care to assigned residents in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and Affinity Healthcare standards;
  • Document care provided to residents as required;
  • Communicate resident changes to nurse in timely manner;
  • Work as a part of a clinical team;


Qualifications:

  • CNA License
  • Minimum of 1 year Long Term Care experience preferred
