This position Primary responisibilities include interacting with customers on the phone and in person, getting details of what customers are looking for, and entering sales orders for customers as directed by the sales team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and either answering questions or passing information onto the appropriate sales person.
- For repeat customers, cloning and entering orders for standard products..
- Meeting with walk in customers to determine their needs.
- Notify customers of order readiness for pickup and or scheduled installation.
- Filing of completed orders paperwork.
- Other duties required by supervisor.
