We’re partnering with a growing company in the Pittsburgh area seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Controller to join their leadership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the accounting function, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end close and financial reporting
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and accounting operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities
• Improve processes and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis and strategic initiatives
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior leadership or management experience
• Strong systems and ERP experience
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
