About the Role
The Youth Director has the responsibility and authority to direct and lead all activities and ministries aimed at students in accordance with the policies and values predetermined by the Eldership and pastors.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and Train Leaders to execute Pinnacle’s vision to students
- Attend Staff Meetings
- Prepare and teach students or schedule someone to do so Sundays/Wednesdays
- Prepare and execute outreach, fellowship and other events for students
- Clear, consistent communication with students, parents, leadership and staff
- Other duties as discussed and applied
