Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Federal Heights, CO. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day operations by performing clerical tasks, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining effective communication within the school community. Additional responsibilities include providing support for executive administrative tasks and ensuring professional phone and in-person interactions. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, records, and office functions efficiently.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing correspondence and interacting professionally with students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff with calendar management, task prioritization, and meeting coordination.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently within a school environment.
- Proficiency in using common office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or relevant experience in administrative roles are a plus.
