Role Overview
Pinnacle is seeking an organized, detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support our delivery team. This role partners closely with project managers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward—ensuring schedules, documentation, communication, and reporting are consistent and accurate.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in the coordination and execution of IT projects.
- Maintain project schedules within project management tools
- Coordinate internal and customer meetings and document notes, action items, and decisions
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and follow-ups; escalate concerns as appropriate
- Assist with onboarding projects from sales to delivery, ensuring required documentation and handoffs are complete
- Prepare and distribute status reports for internal teams and customers
- Ensure project documentation is current, accurate, and stored according to Pinnacle standards
- Partner with delivery team resources to help coordinate work across multiple active projects
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and delivery processes
- 2 years of experience in business operations or project coordination (IT or technical environment preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., PSA tools, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar)
- Understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs), milestones, and delivery timelines
- Interest in growing into a Project Manager or Service Delivery role
- Project managers and engineers feel supported and organized
- Project information is accurate, current, and easy to find
- Meetings are well-run with clear action items and follow-through
- Risks and issues surface early—not at the last minute
- Customers experience clear, consistent communication
