ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Student Attendance and Conduct
Contract Period: Academic-year position, 40 hours/week, non-exempt
Supervisor: Associate Dean of Students
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required, with a preference for an A.S. or A.A. in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must possess exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills, a positive attitude, proficiency in the Google platform, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong clerical skills.

DUTIES:
- Schedule appointments for the Associate Dean of Students.
- Process tardy and dismissal times for students.
- Process end-of-day cut reports and schedule follow-up meetings with students.
- Post and process daily attendance, conduct, and tardy reports.
- Post student medicals and process quarterly reports.
- Process late-to-study students.
- Assist with compiling truancy reports and conduct/attendance reports for team meetings.
- Triage/prioritize competing needs of students, parents, and faculty/staff.
- General office duties include filing, visitor passes, telephone, teacher informational materials, detention lists, student attendance, and duplication and organization of all forms and passes.
- Assist other attendance offices as needed.
- The assistant may be called upon to assist the associate dean with class-specific projects such as Freshman Field Day, SST, underclass awards, parking permits, and graduation.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Associate Dean of Students.
- Additional responsibilities include completion of mandatory annual training and attending required workshops.
