Key Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Canvassing: Proactively identify and engage with homeowners in targeted areas, assessing potential exterior damage (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.).
- Cold Lead Engagement: Initiate conversations with homeowners, build rapport, and articulate the value of a professional exterior inspection.
- On-Site Inspections: Obtain immediate permission from homeowners to perform thorough, on-the-spot inspections of their roofing and exterior systems.
- Damage Assessment & Education: Clearly explain findings from inspections, educate homeowners on repair processes, timelines, and solutions, and advise on preventative maintenance in addition to meeting with insurance adjusters to verify damage.
- Sales Consultation & Closing: Present findings and recommendations, provide estimates for necessary repairs or replacements, and guide homeowners through the sales process with a focus on closing deals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document all interactions, inspection findings, materials needed, and sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other specialists to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest roofing materials, repair techniques, industry best practices, and local building codes.

- Monday: 10:00am-7:00pm
- Tuesday: 10:00am-7:00pm
- Wednesday: 10:00am-7:00pm
- Thursday: 10:00am-7:00pm
- Friday: 10:00am-7:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am-4:00pm
NOTE: These hours are subject to weather variability!
Qualifications:
- Strong Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify opportunities, build rapport quickly, and close sales effectively, particularly in a cold lead environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong, empathetic communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with homeowners to build trust and address concerns.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with an unwavering attention to detail crucial for identifying exterior damage.
- Self-Motivated & Driven: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a field-based role.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with extensive walking and working outdoors in various weather conditions. YOU WILL NOT GET ON A ROOF IF ITS RAINING/WET!
- Prior Experience (Preferred): Experience in door-to-door sales, residential construction, roofing, or exterior home services is a plus. If you’ve worked as a server or bartender, WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!
- Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Required for travel to various neighborhoods.

Pay: $56,753.53 - $128,348.34 per year
