My Style Exteriors is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to be a part of our growing team!

Outside Sales Representatives educate and inform homeowners, assisting them with roofing, siding and gutter projects for their most valued investment, their home!

We have the full support staff to facilitate every facet of the process, so you can focus on selling! 80% of this job is DOOR-2-DOOR sales, the other 20% is office generated leads!

Competitive Pay for Outside Sales Representatives:

 Build up Draw advance (dependent on daily activities)

 Commission on approved sales (paid on collected revenue)

 $65,000 - $200,000 / year

 Vehicle allowance provided for qualifying vehicles (used for advertising)

 Additional $$ earned on bonuses in sales contests

 1099 position

 Opportunity for advancement in leadership roles

Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives:

 Be a “go getter” qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities

 Conduct exterior property inspection for wind and hail damage

 Convert inspection to claim filed

 Review scope of work summaries and sign contract with homeowners

 Collect funds and insurance deductible from homeowners

 Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales/networking

 Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners

 Maintain constant communication with leadership, homeowners and office staff

 Be dedicated to personal career development by reaching your set goals

Qualifications for Outside Sales Representatives:

 Previous sales experience in a “go getter” role, where prospecting is a critical factor

 Must have a reliable working vehicle with full insurance coverage

 Self sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment

 Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures

 Track record of accomplishment of achievement

 Industry knowledge (Residential Roofing or Home Improvements) preferred

 Experience following a documented, proven sales system

 21 years of age or older preferred (for insurance purposes)

 Must have a valid driver’s license (any state applicable)

Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
