Overview:
We are looking to hire multi-skilled remodeler/handymen and women with experience in residential remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, deck building, door and window installation, trim work, flooring, installing cabinets, home repairs and home maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform home repairs and improvements in primarily residential homes in Morris County using your own hand and power tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain a professional appearance (in company provided uniform)
- Show respect to homeowners and their property at all times
- Provide written estimates of work, as requested by company or client
- Use provided smartphone apps for time tracking, documentation of work completed, photographs of jobs and receipts, billing, and collection of payments
- Stay in regular communication with office staff throughout each project
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, and general building maintenance, 10 years
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
- Good attitude and good communication skills a MUST
- Must have your own well maintained vehicle & tools (truck and tool allowances provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction environments
