Experienced Remodeler / Handyman – $28-$35/hr | Morris County

Pink Hammer Home Services is an established, women-led handyman and remodeling company serving homeowners throughout Morris County. We are looking for an experienced, dependable Remodeler/Handyman to join our team.

We believe that when a craftsperson is treated well, supported by the office, and proud of their work, our customers have a better experience too.

What you'll do

Our projects are primarily residential and vary from job to job. Depending on your skills and experience, projects may include:

• Drywall repair and finishing
• Painting
• Tile and grout repair
• Shower and bathroom repairs
• Door and window installation
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Flooring installation
• Cabinet installation
• Deck repair and construction
• General home repairs and maintenance
• Troubleshooting problems and recommending practical solutions

You will work directly in customers' homes, so professionalism, communication and respect for the homeowner and their property are extremely important.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is experienced, dependable and takes pride in their work.

You should:

• Have 5 years of hands-on residential remodeling or handyman experience preferred
• Be comfortable performing a variety of home repairs and remodeling tasks
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in quality craftsmanship
• Be able to troubleshoot problems and figure out practical solutions
• Be comfortable working independently as well as with a team
• Have good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Be dependable and show up when you say you will
• Treat customers, coworkers and their property with respect
• Be comfortable using a smartphone for job photos, time tracking, receipts and communication with the office
• Have a reliable, well-maintained vehicle and your own basic hand and power tools
• Be willing to learn and take on new types of projects

Schedule

Full-time or part-time available.

Work is primarily Monday–Friday during normal daytime hours, with scheduling flexibility when possible.

Requirements

• New Jersey residency
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Your own basic hand and power tools
• Residential remodeling/handyman experience
• Ability to work in person throughout Morris County
