Pink Flamingo Plumbing is expanding and we’re looking for a talented, motivated Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This is a true sales role — you’ll attend scheduled appointments, build rapport with customers, diagnose issues, create professional quotes, present financing options, and close the job. Our dedicated install team handles the actual work, allowing you to focus exclusively on selling and serving the customer.

What You’ll Do
- Run scheduled in-home plumbing estimate appointments
- Build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Perform visual inspections to accurately diagnose plumbing needs
- Create Best/Better/Good options for customers
- Present quotes clearly and confidently
- Offer financing options through our in-house partners
- Close sales and collect deposits
- Write clear, detailed work orders for our install team
- Follow up with customers to finalize decisions and secure jobs
- Track KPIs and maintain strong performance metrics
What You Need
- Experience in plumbing sales is required (residential preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently diagnose plumbing needs visually
- Valid driver’s license
- Journeyman license NOT required
- Organized, punctual, and professional
- Motivated by performance, goals, and high income potential
Compensation Options
We offer two flexible and competitive pay structures:
Option 1: Commission-Only Hourly Guarantee
- 100% commission
- Earn the greater of your sales commissions or guaranteed hourly safety net
Option 2: Base Pay Commission
- Stable hourly base wage
- Strong commission percentages on all closed jobs
Both options are designed to reward high performers and give you the freedom to earn significant commissions with no cap.
