- Sell commercial HVAC maintenance agreements and service solutions
- Identify and qualify new project and service opportunities
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract execution
- Participate in competitive bid and design-build projects
- Negotiate profitable agreements and close new business
- 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- HVAC, mechanical, or construction industry experience
- Experience with estimating, bidding, or mechanical design
