Your Role: Customer Service Representative
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a smile in your voice
- Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer support
- Learn to work with tools like ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro (training provided)
- Practice clear, friendly communication to build trust with customers
- Grow your skills through paid training and ongoing development
- Book incoming leads at 85% or above
- Building lasting customer relationships with openness and trust
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using technology (email, chat, or apps)
- Reliable, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro is a bonus—but not required.

- Operating System: Windows 11 (64-bit) or macOS Ventura
- Processor: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (Quad-Core, 2.4GHz or higher)
- RAM: 8 GB minimum
- Storage: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive)
- Display: 1080p HD (1920x1080) or better, 21” monitor preferred (external monitor required if using laptop)
- Camera: Internal or external HD webcam (720p minimum)
- Peripherals: All wired (keyboard, mouse, headset)
- Headset: USB-wired with noise-canceling mic (no Bluetooth)

- Upload speed: 20 Mbps minimum
- Latency: under 50ms, no packet loss
- Ethernet connection only
