Remote Customer Service Representative – Trades Industry (PST)
Pink Callers is a ServiceTitan Certified call center providing remote customer service support for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service companies across the U.S. We support multiple clients at once and operate in a fast-paced, highly organized environment where clear communication and reliability matter.
This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).
What You’ll Do
We hire great people first and build schedules that work for both our team and our clients. Our team operates Monday through Sunday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM PST. Specific shifts vary and will be discussed during the interview process.
