This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Las Vegas, NV, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, identifying and addressing customer needs, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The Customer Service Representative will also work to improve overall customer experience by providing prompt, empathetic, and effective support.
