Summary
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, full-time Customer Service Representative to work in our administrative office. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all walk-in and telephone customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Customer Service Representatives must be able to show empathy, have customer service experience, and be detail orientated and organized in their work. Additional responsibilities as needed.

Work Schedule: 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday - (Tuesday & Sunday off)

Specific Duties/Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for both Administrative and Customer Service duties that include and are not limited to the following:
- Answer telephone calls and respond to all inquiries and requests.
- Provide general information on all Pinelawn Memorial Park & Arboretum products, services, rules, and regulations.
- Assist with entering sales contracts, memorialization orders and related payment as needed.
- Accurately update and enter data into various software systems
- Escort visitors to designated areas (inside and outside)
- Other duties as assigned
- Associates Degree or equivalent (Required).
- Must have a valid NYS Driver's License
- Must display and have the ability to maintain professional interpersonal skills
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent follow-through and be motivated to learn
- Must be willing and able to work both independently and within a team
- Must maintain a professional phone presence
- Must display a neat and professional appearance
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Must be able to think analytically
Employment Status: Full-time
