Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Plainview, NY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experiences. The role involves direct interaction with clients to address their concerns and assist in the assessment challenge process. This is a full time in person customer service position with heavy phone volume. Must be able to communicate with clients on daily basis. Other tasks will include opening and distributing mail and data entry.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize in a demanding deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the property tax industry or some knowledge of Real Estate is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree is a plus.
- Bilingual is an added plus
- Valid Drivers license
Office Hours – 9:00am to 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
Compensation: $55,000 -$65,000 Based on experience
Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick, 401k
