Program Manager -
The Program Manager position will work out of our Mental Health Residential Program- Justin's House.
All applicants will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Check, Drug Test, as well as National and local Criminal backgrounds checks.
Minimum Qualifications: We are looking for someone with experience in the field of Mental Health program management- 3 years; a Bachelor's of Science Degree in one of the following discipline areas: Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, or Special Education.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manages, directs and coordinated the activities of social services or community programs. Oversees the gender specific program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and benefits. Supervises and plans work of assigned staff. Provide consumers and families with the psycho social support needed to cope with chronic, or acute, illnesses, mental or behavioral disabilities. Provides patient education and counseling, advises caregivers, and makes necessary referrals for other social services. Supervises and plans work of assigned staff.
Justin's House is a 24/7 residential program.
