We are hiring for case managers for our Supportive Employment program within the agency supporting Bulloch County.
Duties & Responsibilities: Conducts assessments and identifies strengths for a career for our individuals. Secures job placements in the community. Negotiates with employers to develop suitable jobs as well as participating in their training.
BACHELORS DEGREE and Two years of work experience supervising work-place instructors or job coaches for persons with disabilities.
All employees are subject to Drug Screens, MVR and Criminal Background checks. Candidate must have a Georgia Driver's License and be at least 21 years of age to apply.
