About the Role: Pinehurst Coins is a leading precious metals and numismatics dealer committed to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, organized, and highly personable individual to join our team as a Processing Inbound Specialist. In this dual-role position, you will be the face of our company at the Front Window, regularly interacting with customers who come on-site to buy or sell.
The ideal candidate is a people person who is comfortable communicating with a wide variety of individuals in a professional and friendly manner. When you aren’t assisting customers at the window, you will be handling essential processing tasks behind the scenes. We are looking for a trustworthy team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representative: Act as the primary point of contact at one of our Private Transaction Windows. Greet customers, review and receive materials, and ensure a positive, professional, and welcoming experience.
- Processing & Organization: Accurately process incoming materials, paying close attention to detail to maintain high organizational standards.
- Data Entry: Utilize Google Sheets and internal business software to enter data, track processing updates, and navigate spreadsheets (advanced formula knowledge is not required, but basic spreadsheet comfort is a must).
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth operations and workflows.
- Adaptability: Quickly learn new processes and seamlessly shift between customer-facing duties and administrative processing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills; highly comfortable working with the public.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic (Must pass a background check).
- Proficiency with computers, specifically Google Sheets and Excel (navigating spreadsheets, data entry, basic tasks).
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to pick up new processes quickly.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent team player who works well with others.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus!):
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, inventory, or public-facing role.
- Prior knowledge of or experience handling coins or precious metals.
- Basic analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
