We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Collect payments from patients and process insurance claims.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
