Role Mission
The Operations Coordinator is a critical support position that helps keep our daily cleaning operations running smoothly. This role works closely with our Operations Manager to ensure schedules stay covered, communication stays clear, and quality standards are consistently met.
This role is highly important and a critical to the success of the team. The Operations Coordinator acts as a stabilizing force in the field — stepping in when coverage is needed, supporting cleaners day-to-day, and helping prevent small problems from turning into major operational issues.
This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable being where the work is happening.
Core Responsibilities
· Fill in for cleaning shifts when team members are out or unavailable
· Handle communication for a dedicated group of cleaners
· Facilitate and resolve day-to-day needs, questions, or challenges
· Perform quality control checks to ensure scopes of work are followed and client expectations are met
· Assist with onboarding and training for new team members and new accounts
· Maintaining inventory of products & chemicals at properties
· Support special projects and operational improvement initiatives
· Communicating regularly with Operations Manager

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
