Pineda Company owns and operates 7 different brands in the Real Estate and Technology space. We've bootstrapped to $30m in sales this year. Our high-performing AE team is promoted from within. As an Sales Agent your On target earnings are between $60-80k/yr. Our AEs bring in between $200-400k.

All members of our team are achieving our minimum OTE targets.
We're in growth mode and seeking SDRs for several of our brands. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeting outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives
- No "Cold Calling" all leads have expressed interest in our products/services.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Achieve minimum call metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Real Estate investing knowledge is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary Commission
- $60 OTE
