Job Title: Call Center Sales Agent Location: Remote
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our Call Center Sales Agent position
ABOUT THE JOB
The role of the Call Center Agent will be responsible for the following duties:
- Outgoing direct sales and customer service contact with new and current customers by telephone
- Must have a smile in your voice and be customer service oriented.
- Must project your voice while speaking in a very polite, professional manner.
- Offer high quality sales service to determine needs of the customer, answer any questions
- Maintain knowledge on products and procedures to provide assistance to the customer
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain call center/order management systems by entering information
- Sales service experience a must, Phone-related customer service a major plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Seasonal
Schedule will be flexible:
- Monday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Friday, 4-5 hours per day - 4 days a week
