Pinecrest Lake Club is seeking a responsible, motivated, and personable Manager to oversee the Swim Club staff for the summer season.
Position: Pool Manager
Job Type: Part Time – season runs June 17th to September 7th
Location: Pinecrest Lake Swim Club, Pocono Pines, PA
Summary: Managing and overseeing Swim Club staff and operations. Ensuring the safety of our members and guests. Making certain all members and guests are properly registered to use the facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling all lifeguards shifts.
- Completing daily opening and closing protocols.
- Overseeing all lifeguards that are on duty.
- Providing customer service to members and guests with questions or concerns.
- Ensuring the safety of members and guests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Supervising Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- drivers license (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $18 - $20
