Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pool facilities cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort or hotel.
- Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.
- Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
- Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.
- Maintain a clean and organized pool environment, including pool areas, locker rooms, and surrounding facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to guest inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of conflict management and be able to handle any difficult situations that may arise.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, engaging with guests and creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the organization with integrity and respect.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintain excellent employee relations with all members of the water park staff
- Must be available weekend and holidays
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively
- Hospitality or resort background preferred
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
