About the Role
This is a high-ownership, contract role.
- Work directly with leadership, product, and engineering
- Translate ideas and workflows into intuitive design solutions
- Design across internal tools, CRM systems, and client-facing platforms
- Operate with limited direction and deliver independently
What You’ll Do
- Design user interfaces for internal platforms and client tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Build user flows and improve system usability
- Identify friction points and simplify workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering on implementation
- Ensure consistency across systems and tools
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio with system-focused work
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Experience with web-based or SaaS platforms
- Ability to work independently and move quickly
- Strong focus on usability and clarity
