Design and enhance UI components, patterns, and frameworks while contributing to the evolution of the design language.
Collaborate with program leads and cross-functional partners to align design solutioning with business and user needs.
Utilize AI tools (Copilot, Lovable) for onboarding, synthesizing requirements, drafting usability protocols, and accelerating workflows.
Apply flexible, customer-first, research-driven design methodologies—adapting processes as needed to produce measurable outcomes.
Support prototyping efforts using tools like Lovable, with expanded usage expected in 2026.
