Responsibilities

- Manage behavioral issues through effective behavior management strategies and conflict management techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies such as child protective services and child welfare organizations to support student needs.
- Administer standardized testing and interpret results to inform educational planning and interventions.
- Support students dealing with social-emotional challenges by offering culturally sensitive counseling, including social work and diversity counseling.
- Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions, behavioral incidents, and progress reports while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with children and students in educational or counseling settings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, teachers, and community partners.
