Job Summary
We are hiring a hands-on Human Resources Manager for a growing behavioral health company. This role focuses on employee onboarding, documentation management, compliance, and quality control. You will guide new hires through the full hiring process and ensure all employee files remain accurate, complete, and compliant with insurance and regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable enforcing deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full onboarding process for new hires
- Collect, review, and maintain employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Enforce onboarding deadlines and correct incomplete documents
- Maintain organized employee records and conduct file audits
- Support HR processes and internal systems
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
- HR, onboarding, or compliance experience
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional and structured communication style
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- In-office, full-time
- $1,050–$1,500 per week, based on experience
