What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Pineapple Inn & Housing Center?
Small, locally owned and operated hotel looking for the right person to join their maintenance team. Flexible hours that do not involve night work or weekend calls. Most of work will involve basic painting, plumbing, electrical and moving furniture. Our small team has a great work environment and strong social mission of helping those who reside here at the Pineapple Inn & Housing Center
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting.
- Ability to utilize basic tools (including both hand and electric tools).
- Must be reliable, have a valid driver’s license and ability to get to work and work hard.
- Pay starts at $15.00, but could be more based on experience.
